The staff was helpful and the location is ideal as it is just a short walk to the Tulum ruins from the hotel. Atm machines and Information booths with people available to help tourists arrange trips are located right across the street.
At the time we stayed the WiFi was down, but I believe has been fixed since then. We were located on the 3rd floor and had an issue with the hot and cold water running out while we were showering!

The location of Andrea's was fantastic, as it was just a stone's throw away from the Tulum ruins. The convenience made it easy for us to explore the historical site. The hotel also provided free wifi in the rooms, which was a luxury we appreciated after experiencing a lack of internet at previous stops on our trip. Additionally, the complimentary use of bikes made our trips to the ruins and beach even easier.

The room was decent and comfortable. The bed was cozy and the shower was okay. , the hotel offered bicycles included in the price, which was great for exploring the area. The location was also a plus, as it was close to the archaeological site and within walking distance to the beach.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful when we had issues. The biggest problem was the terrible wifi connection, with numerous different networks but none providing a decent signal.

The free bicycles and close location to the tourist attractions were the best aspects of the hotel. Being able to explore the city on two wheels and not having to worry about renting bikes separately was a plus. the hotel's proximity to the landmarks made it convenient for sightseeing. the air conditioning unit in the room worked well and kept us cool during the hot weather.
The hotel staff was not welcoming, and the room was unkempt and outdated. the bedsheets had visible stains and looked unwashed.
